The AI & Tech Resource Vault ("the Vault") is a digital product: a curated collection of AI tools, useful websites, software, privacy resources, hidden tech features, and free alternatives to popular paid tools, curated by Peter Finds AI.

The Vault is delivered digitally. After a successful purchase you receive access to the Vault through the delivery method shown at checkout. No physical goods are shipped.

The Vault is sold as a one-time purchase at the price displayed at checkout (currently $17.99), processed by our payment provider, Creem. By purchasing you agree to Creem's payment terms in addition to these Terms.

Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect purchases already completed.

When you buy the Vault you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. You may read, bookmark, and revisit the Vault for your own use, forever.

You may not resell, redistribute, republish, share your access link publicly, or copy the Vault's content into your own product, course, or publication without written permission.

Because the Vault is a digital product with instant access, all sales are generally final. That said, if you experience a genuine problem — a broken download, a duplicate charge, or the product materially not matching its description — contact us within 14 days at drewlyagency@gmail.com and we will make it right, including a refund where appropriate.

The Vault curates and describes third-party tools, websites, and software. We do not own or operate those third parties, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing, terms, or content. A tool being listed in the Vault is a recommendation, not a guarantee.

We work to keep the Vault accurate and current, but the internet changes fast. A listed tool may change its pricing, features, or shut down after curation.

The Vault's curation, writing, structure, and design are the intellectual property of Peter Finds AI. Names and trademarks of third-party tools belong to their respective owners.

The Vault is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Vault or any third-party tool it lists.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current one; continued use of the Vault after an update constitutes acceptance.
